Versa won’t turn on

Hi,

I have a versa, it’s stopped charging, won’t turn on. When I try to charge it it gets hot. I’ve tried swapping chargers and USB’s and cleaning the bits inside but it still won’t turn on

@Fallon83 Please do not attempt to charge it if it gets hot. I am flagging your post for Customer Support assistance as I am afraid this might be a faulty unit.

Hello mine is doing the same thing. Won’t turn on, the screen blinks a blank screen. Like it’s turning on but it won’t.  Then when I charge it I did notice it’s started getting hot too. So I stopped charging it.
