Versa won't turn on

I purchased my versa today, charged it and during the update it shut down and won't restart. I've tried recharging and holding down the 3 buttons. Help!

Try restarting as detailed in the link below. If it still doesnt come on you will need to return it for an exchange as it sounds faulty.

Why not plug it to electricity and allow it to charge. It may come back on

I tried that. I tried charging with different plugs in different outlets and then tried plugging directly to my computer over night. Nothing worked. I got a replacement that works perfectly now! 😃
