A few days ago, I was looking at my Fitbit app to see my activity for the day.
It said I had over 800 active minutes. The next day, my Versa was reading my heart rate at over 160 for a few hours. So I restarted it. As I was trying to turn it back on, a red light turned on with 0%. Thought that was odd as I didn't get an email saying it was low on battery. So once I got home, I put it on the charger.
This morning, it won't turn back on. It's very warm. I tried to hold the side and bottom button. I've tried to hold all three buttons. I've tried different lengths of time of holding the buttons. Nothing.
Is there anything else I could try or do?

My Versa stopped working yesterday. I've tried repeatedly to restart it following the steps in the help section. Ironically the instructions say to turn it off by opening the settings on the watch... but since the screen won't turn on, this is impossible. I've read dozens of other posts of people having the same issue. The app on my phone says it'is fully charged, and even shows that it synced yesterday afternoon..but I haven't seen the screen on since then. What do you suggest?
