Took my Fitbit Versa off charger this morning and it was very hot! Even when cooled off it won’t come on. Tried all suggestions listed here holding 2 buttons and then 3 buttons, sometimes even for minutes. Nothing. Leaving for huge 30,000 steps/day trip this weekend and need it! Help! Thanks!

@Tigergal welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it got hot during the charging process and it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
