For the past week my versa has not kept time and now won't sync at all. Using a Samsung note 8. I've tried all the workarounds in the forums. Factory resetting the versa, installing and re-installing the app, un-pairing and re-pairing the device, etc.
Has anyone else noticed this issue more recently? Any feedback from Fitbit on how to fix OTHER than the troubleshooting guide? Looks like other users are having the same issue at the same time

I have the same issue as you and cant seem to get any resolution.
This was a replacement versa after my first one just quit working for no reason.
Very frustrating when you spend money on something that doesnt work.
Will keep researching to find an answer.
