My versa has been sending emails that my battery was low the day after charging. I thought it weird, it only was lasting a day or so. Then it died while I was sleeping so I put it on the charger. Nothing after an hour or so. So I left it charging all day while at work. Nothing. I switched to my husdnads charger, a few hours later, nothing. I came to the forum and read to hold down all buttons for a few minutes, nothing. Hold down the bottom and left buttons, nothing. Do I need a new one? Its It's only 4 months old.

@Trusell it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even after restarting it as advised in the forums.
I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you plug it in the charger. If your watch vibrates, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it.
Thank you for your help @NellyG!
Keep me posted on the outcome! ![]()
