Versa won't turn on

I've already chatted with the support team. They are offering me a 25% off coupon which is not sufficient for a $220 watch that dies twice in a year. Im so sad I love my Versa but can not afford to buy a new $220 watch every year!

@Swimmer11 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. I'm also sorry to hear that your Versa is no longer under the warranty period. The warranty period is good for 365 days starting from the date of first setup.

 

I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
