I have had my Fit Bit versa for a year and have loved it and have also told people that I reccomend it over the apple watch. I went swimming today and when I got out of the pool it stopped working. Help? I hate being without my Fit bit Versa.

@Karen10k welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this since you have enjoyed using your watch.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
Thank you for your help @Marrrmaduke.
I'll be around if any question arises! 😀

I started having to recharge my Versa battery nightly last week. Called Support yesterday and was told to do battery test. Charged overnight to do test but did not even charge to 100%. Went to 91% in minutes & now screen goes black & comes on partially. Can't even do battery test! Flipped it over and there's CONDENSATION! All I do is wear it to gym. Never to swim. Just purchased in April. Disappointed.

@Bas0414 @Karen10k Fitbit sends the replacement at no cost to the customer. Please reach out to Customer Support if you haven't done so yet. Here's the link to Customer Support page.
ETA: @Bas0414 Just as an afterthought, I know some people wear their trackers to sauna or humid showers. This is a huge no no as versa might be a swimpoof but not high-heat/humidity-proof.
