Versa won't turn on

Following on from others I've had my Versa 2 for two months.  Worn it several times when swimming but yesterday as soon as I went in the water it blacked out.  I can't get it started in spite of pressing left hand button, and all three buttons for over 3 minutes.  Any suggestions ?   I've had Fitbit devices for a number of years, but each one goes wrong within the warranty period so I upgrade hoping the latest one will work for longer, but they don't seem too. They promise so much, but don't deliver for long. I think I will finally have to admit defeat and turn to another make.

@splashpoint hmmmis there a condensation on the back near the sensor? I am afraid at this point you may have to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page.
