hi i have just recently factory reseted my fitbit versa because it had a problem.
After the factory reset it did not turn on anymore.
please help.

Hi @GFMN , did you feel the strong vibration after having done the FR? If yes, try it again and see if the screen will turn on saying you need to setup it and go to www.fitbit.com to do it. If you did not feel the strong vibration, please call Customer Support. Regards kuzibri

As @SunsetRunner mentioned, if you performed a factory reset, you could be required to set up your Versa from scratch. Please follow the setup process as described in this help article. Please make sure to charge your watch for 2-3 hours.
