I got a fitbit from a friend, factory reset it and now it wont turn on. I've tried every troubleshooting there is and ive even been in contact with fitbit multiple times and have gotten nowhere. Has anyone else expierenced this?

@KatStinebaugh, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issue that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and provided a solution.
I'm afraid that since you already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps for the watch that experienced the issue, they ended up providing the replacement solution.
