I attempted to update my Versa and it seemed to fail part way through the update but the versa did look updated to me. Then after placing it on charge the Fitbit logo kept flashing on and off. After reading advice on the forum I decided to do a factory reset, but now my Fitbit will not turn on at all. I have held down all the buttons for serval minutes and still had nothing come on screen, what should I do?
