Hi all, I have an Android OS (up to date) and I just downloaded the new firmware tonight. I thought it might be a good idea to restart my watch. I have a versa first edition. Now my watch won't turn back on. I've tried everything I can think of, but all that entails is pushing the buttons and holding them back and forth. Is anyone else having this issue? Or does anyone have any other ideas to help?

@ConfusedBunny, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not turning on even though you have tried the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Fitbit Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.
Looking forward to your response.

Sorry for the delayed response!
It didn't vibrate when I put it on the charger. However, with further research I found that pushing the left and bottom buttons together for ~10 seconds finally turned it on. This was a different method than I used before the firmware update; before I only had to hold the left buttons down.
But all is well now. ☺️
