My versa died today, have tried all the restart methods available and it’s just over 1 year old. I am devastated. Please help

If I put it on the charger, it is blank for a while, then the logo flashes up for a minute or two, it shows me my watch face and that I have a full battery and then goes blank. I take it off the charger and put it back on and it says battery at 0% and the same repeats as per above. Hard reset will not work

Same this morning, unfortunately no one from

support has replied and no one ever answers the chat 😢 very disappointing service. Every Fitbit I have owned seems to die just after 1 year.
