My watch syncs to the app with no issues. However, when I press and hold the button on my watch it says "Connect phone: Pair your phone in your Settings app, under Bluetooth." When I go to my Bluetooth settings, it shows the watch is a paired device but won't connect. Please help.
I have the Versa Light and LG V40

Found the fix this morning thanks to Google. For anyone else that has this issue... You need to go to your phone Bluetooth settings and pair with "Versa Lite (Classic)". Not just "Versa Lite". Everything is working as it should now.

Your phone is not on the list of Approved Devices.
