My versa died at the gym this morning. It won't charge. I've cleaned it, I left it on the charger all day... nothing. I bought it at the end of June and shouldn't have to throw it away already. Inever expected to have to charge it every 1-2 days, and now the screen is black and non responsive. Frustrated!

Hi @SunsetRunner, normally I would advice to restart your Versa three times in a row (internal reset) to see if that solves your battery problem, but Niw I can only advice, since it's still under warranty, to contact Customer Support asap. Regards and happy holidays, kuzibri

How do I even reset the versa three times when touching the buttons does nothing? I contacted Fitbit through Twitter and they said that they couldn't do anything if it's over 45 days from date of purchase. Basicall . Im SOL...
