Versa won’t turn on

I shutdown my Fitbit Versa and when I tried to open it it didn’t work. So I tried the charger and that failed so does anyone know what to do.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this turning on issue. I was able to see here that our friend @SunsetRunner provided some instructions in order to fix this problem. Just took mine out of the box.  Turned on now is dead.  Nothing.  Anyone?
