This is the second time I shut down my device to see if the lag would fix it self and again it doesn't turn back on. I called customer care and the first time it had to drain all the way down to 0% to reboot to a on screen. I've did all button pressing at 100% battery and nothing happens. Do I have to wait a few more days and let it drain or more on to a better fitness tracker device?
