Versa won't turn on.

I thought my Versa battery died, so I placed it on the charger. I have been checking for the past 2 days and it has yet to turn back on. It is not even come on after going through all the advised trouble-shooting. This is the REPLACEMENT device I received no less than 2 weeks ago after the other Versa stopped working as well. I am about to give up on this watch. Please help!
