Versa won't turn on

Last night my battery died on my versa so I plugged it in and let it charge for the night. This morning I took it off the charger and noticed the time was showing 415am when it should've been 7am. So i powered it off to restart it and havent been able to get it to turn back on since. I even put it back on the charger thinking maybe it just dodnt charge last night. Left it on the charger for 30 minutes and still wouldn't show charging. Note- it showed charging last night. I've only had this thing a little over a year.....is it really done and time to buy a new one already?

Try this.

Press the left and bottom right buttons together and hold for 10 seconds until u see the Fitbit logo.

It should power up properly.

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when pitting it on the charger.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
