I have a Versa, had it for about a year and it started to act up, it would keep opening music and closing it without me controlling it. I’ve had to restart it several times and the last time I went to charge it, I took it off the charger and it no longer would turn on and it was hot, I’ve tried to hold the buttons down but nothing seems to work. What should I do?
