My fitbit Versa died overnight. I've put it on the charger and it gets really hot, and doesn't turn on. What do I do?

Hi @Ashelly, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Since you mentioned that your Versa got hot when put it on the charger, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat.

 

I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
