For some reason, today my Versa decided to stop working on my wrist (won’t bring up screen). The moment it is put on charge it lights up etc.
Keeping in mind it is FULLY charged.
the moment I remove it from the charge the screen goes blank. Nothing.
please help!
I haven’t had this long.
i have done a rest etc
So I now managed to get to the settings to shutdown... now it won’t turn on at all!!!

Please let me know if your Fitbit Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

it vibrates when put on charge. Shuts off when I remove from charge.
been on charge all night, still happening.
i did a factory reset and uninstalled the app the redid The set up etc..
no difference.

I had the exact thing yesterday. Try pressing all 3 buttons, as soon as logo appears just release them, it should boot up. It did for me.

Hi,
Thank you for your advice. I have tried this many times. Doesn’t do anything say. The logo comes up but that’s as far as it goes.
