My versa totally died for no reason. I already spoke to customer service and the only solution is to give me 25% off to get a new one. Very sad experience. After reading all the similar situations here in the forum just want to advise who ever is buying a new watch, NOT to buy a Fit bit. Sad, just after year and a half directly to the garbage. 😞 I can not believe this.

That’s exactly what mine did too. Bought it April 2019. So guessing they will say the same. Customer service response isn’t the best either.
