i bought it in end of January. i lost my phone and it was 8-10 days my fibit was not charged. so i bought a new phone and then try to start my fibit versa and try to connect.
but from till then my versa is not starting up. there is nothing showing on screen. its totally black and no picture. i charged it fully but i am depressed that my money is wasted and not able to use fitbit versa. please help for a replacement.

I got in touch with the Support team and I was told you already have a case created with them.
