Hope someone can help me
My Fitbit has been acting up for a couple of days now recording very high activity and high pulse rates
I have tried turning off and on with no change.
Today the watch has had a mind of its own. The screen has been changing erratically through all its options.
I have done the update today and now it has turned off even though there is plenty of battery life.
I have tried to sync but app states device can’t be found.
I have held the back button and bottom button to try and turn on for 10 seconds with no success. I am now out of thoughts.
Any advice please. Very disappointed if watch Broken after 18 months
