Versa won't turn on

I fully charged my Versa on Monday night but by Tuesday afternoon the screen went black and it won't turn back on. I charged it for a few hours and also tried to reset it by pushing and holding the back button and bottom right button and nothing has worked.

Contact customer support I’ve had that happened to a number of  Fitbits and had to get them replaced
