Hi,
my Fitbit versa was purchased as a gift from John Lewis and is still within the warranty period that JL offer. Trying to exhaust all possibilities as to why my Fitbit won’t now switch on. It’s been temperamental for a while, flicking through screens on its own but now it’s no longer switching on nor showing any charge when in the cradle for charging.
Any advise please JL gave me the technical team number to contact but this isn’t available at weekends

Thanks for your post and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with Versa, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are still flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

I updated my FitBit Versa 2 with an update and added the Pulse Ox leader page and since turn update it is not working AT. ALL. Tried a reset and still nothing.
