Last night screen kept pixilating and this morning screen is blank.  Fully charged.  Haven't even had the versa for a year.   Any ideas?   The clock was the new Fitbit o2 stat one.  Help!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To fix the display issue that you're experiencing with your Versa 2, I recommend you to try our restart process following the next steps:

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
