My versa not turning on,no lights at the back.The app is saying full battery.
I put it on charge overnight and after 4 hours the device was hot to Touch, I’ve tried holding down back and bottom button, I’ve tried Changing clock face, I’ve cleaned the prongs on both versa and charger, any other suggestions?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your device vibrates when you put it to charge or perhaps when you receive a notification? This way we can determine if your device is completely unresponsive or if the issue is with its display. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

No it doesn’t vibrate there is no life at all .

Same with mine. Fully charged. No green light or vibration. The Fitbit logo shows on the screen at intervals.

Im having the same issue, went to bed with it working on my wrist ot was at medium battery life amd now nothing! And when i try to put it on charge after 2 mins its hot to the touch with no souce of life. I just bought this thing in July.
