Hi,
I have seen similar post regarding the versa not turning on. We have three versa's in the family and they all seem to have differing issues. At the moment I'm trying to fix my daughters which wont turn on at all. I've checked the app on her phone and its not syncing, cant be found. Im not sure if she has updated to the latest software and cant check.
Ive tried charging the watch int he three different chargers, ive also checked the chargers are working by plugging in a working versa and they seem to be charging the watches that are working. So this leads me to think there's an issue with the watch not the chargers.
And yes id say the watch is out of warranty but would expect more than 2yrs from a $200 dollar smartwatch of a reputable brand, don't think that too much to ask.
Can you please help as this is getting frustrating.
