Versa won’t turn on

Yesterday my Fitbit kept opening random apps without me actually touching any buttons so I left it for a while and it died. Then I put it on charge overnight but when I went to get it this morning it won’t turn on and holding the buttons doesn’t work

As it should be fully charged, holding the left button for 10 seconds should start it.

 

If it doesn't probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
