Versa won't turn on

My Versa stopped working. Screen is black, no lights on the back. Has not synced since last night. Help!

Hello
I chatted online with Fitbit support today and went through the restart and
other action items and nothing worked. Of course I am no longer under
warranty.

Mine died on Feb 23 and I tried new charger, called support and warranty expired. I'm debating on if I should purchase a new Fitbit or go with Apple watch.  I had my Fitbit since 2019. 😢

I'm having the exact problem. Customer service was a joke, and never heard back from anyone.

Bummer.  Maybe if I hold off buying a new one and others are having the same issue they will be able to fix it
