My versa 2 is fully charged but won’t power on,.  When I put it on the charger the Fitbit logo will show but will then go off.  Any ideas?

Hi there, @Steady81. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa.

Please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work, check in the Fitbit app if your watch is still syncing even though when the screen is turned off and try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
