I had bought my fitbit versa on 5th Dec, 2020
& now it is not turning on since 1 month.
After pressing power button or any other reset combination of buttons, a dim light appears on screen & disappears & again black screen.
I have had chat with customer care & tried all possible trouble shooting options, but nothing worked.
Please tell me how to repair it or replace my watch.
