Versa won't turn

My battery got low enough this weekend that my versa shut down. I charged it and now it wont turn on. Ive tried holding down all the buttons, left and bottom, etc. Nothing helps. I put the fitbit back on the charger and now it's super hot.

A few days ago I had my Fitbit on and I went to check it and it was off. I assumed it was dead. Went home and charged it all night. Ever since then it will not stay on. The date and time were wrong. I was able to have it on long enough to do a factory reset which I read could help. Now I cannot sync it or update it or do anything bc it will turn off after a few seconds. Its not even a year old😡

I was wearing my versa lite and it flashed green on the underside and died. I figured it was low battery and charged it. It won't turn back on so I went through this site and held the side button for 10 seconds. And it tried to come back on then the screen pixelated and then went black front and back. I got my watch in March 2020.
