How do I update my versa lite.? I can't download certain apps because it says I need latest version

Hi @Tiffany37  if your Versa Lite had a firmware update, it would be indicated on your Fitbit app. The Fitbit app you have is based on which operating system your phone has. Sometime a phone is older and can't get the latest version. I have an old phone and tablet which can't properly use the Fitbit app, as only the older app version installs. My daily phone is fine, for now. Could that be your case?

My wife has the same phone and hers has the updated version . I have the Samsung FE 20 it's not old. I just don't understand why she has the latest update and I don't. We both purchased ours at the same time

From what is said on the forums, these updates are done on a rolling basis. Normally it takes about two weeks or so for everyone to get it.
