Versa won't update the time

My Fitbit Versa suddenly changed the time and after syncing it a few times it was kinda fixed. The time is correct, but i think it’s using the 12-hour clock now or it’s still showing the wrong time. It’s showing the time as 12.30 when it should be 00.30. I’ve tried to change it to the 12-hour clock and back to the 24-hour clock many times and syncing the watch afterwards, but it won’t change. I’ve had this watch for a couple of years now and this is the first time this has happened.

Hi @IP1

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with you Versa. Please try restarting your Versa, by holding down the left button and the right bottom button until the screen goes dark and wait for the Fitbit logo to appear. Fingers crossed that does the trick.

Hi @Von13

Welcome to the forum. Turning your Versa off and on is not the same as restarting it. Restarting it by holding down the buttons and waiting for the Fitbit logo to appears, works much the same as rebooting a computer. It close anything running in background, which is likely the problem. Please try restarting it to see if that clears up the problems. Page 59 of the MANUAL has other troubleshooting tips.

I hope that helps.

Hi there @IP1 @Von13, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa smartwatches before reaching out.

Please note that it depends on the clock face you select, every clock face has its own designs.

In addition to @MarciM's response, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 24 hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 12 hr format even when I have set my clock to 24 hrs.

Let us know if you have any questions present.

I have had the same clock face since I bought my watch last May it is.a 12
hour one. I will change it to a 24 hour one and see what happens. I’m
really not sure what has happened if I can’t fix it today thenI will ring
someone and get help that way. Thanks for your response.
