I recently got my friend's old versa 1, he wasn't using it anymore and gave it to me. I did what anybody would and factory reset it. I got the app, set up the Versa and it was smooth throughout the Bluetooth update until the screen turned green. After some time it told me that the update failed. I tried to do the update again via Wifi but it still fails. I've tried resetting my phone, resetting the Versa, trying it on my laptop, reinstalling the app, etc; AND IT STILL FAILS THE UPDATE. I've tried almost everything but I'm currently stuck with a paperweight for a Fitbit! Any help would be very much appreciated!
