I recently had to replace my Versa bc my last one just stopped working. I got my new one and followed instructions to pair and set it up. While I was setting it up-it performed an update and I tried to do it but it showed a red X in a circle and then allowed me to select ”try with Bluetooth” which worked.
I just got on my app yesterday and it said I have a update so I tried to start it and it did the red X and then allowed me to select Bluetooth again but will not complete over
bluetooth either. I never had troubles with my other one doing the update over the WiFi. I’ve looked online and things say to reconnect to my phone Bluetooth and restart my Versa-I’ve done all those without any resolution. Any other steps I’m missing?

Hi @Boy3mom,
Although it drains the battery, the app needs to be open on your phone and the phone screen needs to be lit up in order for the update to take.
