I have tried EVERYTHING to get my versa/note 9 to be seen by my windows 10 computer. I was even on chat with FITBIT for over an hour until we got disconnected. My fitbit Versa/Note 9 phone/Windows 10 computer App are all running the latest version of fitbit. Has anyone else had this issue? This is the only reason i purchased this so i can upload .mp3 audio books.
