My husband gave me a FitBit about 8 months ago for Christmas but I believe he bought it new from Ebay and not from a store. The battery life was lasting for over 4 days but in the last week I've noticed that it drains from 100% charge to dead in about 8 hours and I hadn't changed anything. I decided to try several things; getting a new clock face without weather, updating the software, taking off All-Day Sync, reinstalling the app and even doing a factory reset. It is STILL dying from a full charge in a matter of hours instead of days. What do I do now?! Please Help!

Just an FYI... A return authorization must be requested within 45 days of your shipment date and Ebay is not an authorized dealer so all warranties are void even IF they were in that period.
