Versa won't vibrate when receiving notifications

My versa is no longer vibrating when I get notifcations and they are no longer flashing on the top of my screen, although they do show when I pull down my notifcation centre on my versa. I have checked that my vibration is working which it is. I have also rebooted and updated my versa but this did not fix the issue. Can anyone help me regarding this. Thank you.

Regarding the notifications issue that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some steps for you to try. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

 

I'll also be around if any question arises.
