Versa screen and battery draining issues

After I did update the other day my battery just died the next day after a few hours of use on a full battery. Next day my screen wouldn’t do anything to a touch. I restarted it multiple times and nothing. This morning I woke up to a black screen. My app says dead so charged up still a black screen. Tried all the buttons to get it back on and nothing. Weird part is it still tracked my sleep last night, it’s tracking my steps today and my alarms are going off but I still have no screen. I have had zero issues with my versa until I did this update. Help!

Regarding the screen and battery draining issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and sent you an email with some information. Please reply to their email in case more assistance is needed.
