Hi friends, I just bought a fitbit versa 2 watch and the watch is not vibrating when I recive a call or notifications. Am using an android os 10 mobile and I have enabled always vibrate option for all the applications. Can some one help me out on this.

Hi @Bharathkossuru, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't vibrate when you receive notifications, even though the always vibrate option is enabled.

 

Please restart your Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. After this, try turning off and they turn on the notifications again and see if the issue gets fixed.

I’m having the same problem with my Versa 2 using app through iPhone.  All of a sudden my Fitbit does not vibrate when I receive a text message or phone call. I have tried all suggestions. 
please help
