My Fitbit Versa suddenly stopped working two days ago, even when the battery power is 80%. When I connected it to the charger it switched on and again after few hours same thing happened. Now when I connect it to the charger, sometimes battery power shows 100% and again shows it as 0% and keeps charging. When I disconnect it from the charger, it stops working. Until this happened, I had no issue with the battery. The battery lasted for three days. I reset the watch. Went to factory settings too. Still it doesn't work. I guess this happened due to a software update. Please check into this matter as soon as possible. Shutting down, resetting did not work. This is the second Fitbit of mine which is not working now. I am so disappointed and wonder how we get such issues for a brand like this. Please see into this matter asap and give me a solution. Thank you.
