Versa wont add steps

Ive had my versa since April, and no problems at all. It hasnt been used for about 1-2 months. Last night I charged it up, and updated the app to re-wear it. It had been reminding me to ‘move’ throughout the day: eg: ‘27 steps this hour’ (so it knew I had been moving). I went then for an 1 hour and a half walk with my dogs, and it vibrated that I had reached my 10,000 step goal. I then went on the app after the walk to see how many miles I did. However, when i synced, it only showed 15 on the app, and when i checked the watch, it had only counted 15 also. Since then, its been counting my steps normally. Does anyone know why I had this problem?

@MeganHafJones Must have been a glitch. Try rebooting Versa several times. You can double check on Dashboard on Fitbit.com if this data is indeed missing.
