Versa wont sync

My Fitbit versa won't sync. I have tried everything. Resetting it and charging it does nothing. It died the other day and I charged it and it's at the same time it died at. So I tried to sync it and when I go under my Bluetooth devices it comes up and when I click on it, it says please try to connect again to your device. Someone, please help!
