Versa wont turn on

My versa has had a blank screen for about 3 days now. I have tried resetting it (logo wont come one the screen at all),  holding all 3 buttons for a few minutes,  charging,  etc. Every once in a while on the charger the screen will light up, but it doesnt do anything.  The green lights on the back arent even lighting up. Any help would be appreciated.  Getting frustrated.

I am having a similar issue. Will charge and FitBit logo just stays on screen.

Mine has had a black screen for 2 days now...fully charged but NOTHING will respond, my app says it synced 3mi n ago so...I dunno.

Today mine has done same thing . I have emailed them .current waiting time is 7 days to get a response .😏

Awesome...well I guess we wait.. my watch is a year old...not very impressed.

Mine is about 15 months .I would expect this to last longer .. am hoping they will replace our chargers ...

mines doing this too ! it's only 3 months old and swapped my original versa because the battery was shocking..

Mine is also 15 months old. Maybe it the batch. Hard to believe so many have done this suddenly.

Well at least im not the only one i guess but this sucks. Mine i think is
about 2 years old. A lot of money to spend for it to crap out so quickly.

Mine is doing something similar. Starting two days ago the screen is blank - won't turn on off the charging cradle (tried all button combos even for reset). On the cradle, it will sometimes show the logo and sometimes turn on. When it is on, I can get it to sync. It reports full battery - but turns off immediately when I remove it from the cradle.

Sounds like we are all having an issue. My husbands Versa turned off 2 days ago and won't come back.  Now mine has done the same this morning.  I guess tech support isn't deemed "necessary" by FitBit.

on Monday, mine wasn’t syncing properly so I did a factory reset.
Since then, the watch is dead. I bought it in Oct 2018. 
I have email to Fitbit support and they sent me Amazon link and told me to buy another one at my own cost, because the device is out of warranty. Shocking!

 

It is apparent that the device/ software is faulty. How can so many people experiencing the same black screen issue in the same week 🤬 and Fitbit is not taking any responsibility for it.

Have you tried pressing all 3 buttons? It's worked for me !!

Same issues here. It took me a while but I finally got through to the chat support and after going through all the troubleshooting steps that I had already done once again (double checking charger alignment, cleaning charge ports, using a different outlet, factory resetting) nothing would display on the Versa at all. Since it is out of warranty I appear to be out of luck. They emailed me a link for 25% a new device. Sad face. 😞
