Versa wont update (solved)

Nu fitbit versa wont update. I'm on version 32.33.1.30

What type of device are you using to update the tracker with? 

At what point does the setup process fail? 

Do you get any error messages? 

Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

iphone 7 with fitbit app. I also have the fitbit app on my windows 10 computer. when i ask to check for updates it says the watch is up to date on the computer and my phone doesnt offer me the option of updating to os4.

I just realised that Fit bit are still rolling out the new update in stages so i'll just have to wait til it arrives.

By now, actually for almost a month, it should have been released to everyone. 

What version does the tracker show? On the Versa go to settings, about.

32.33.1.30 I only just received it as a replacement for my old watch.
Because the touchscreen stopped responding on my old versa.

Same for me. New versa replacement and NO way to update. 

So frustrating. I paid so much money for this thing and I can't even use the apps I wanted it for.
